available on the web. Project scientists will participate in meetings and briefings about
the report, working with CWCB personell.
This SOW requests fund to complete, print, and provide briefings to CWCB and its
stakeholders about the report. A key task is to compile supplementary material for the
web. This material is important for the report, but to minimize length of the document,
will be available on a webpage. This material includes:
• Methodologies for analysis in the document and for figures
• Additional graphics not presented in the main document
• A compendium of ongoing work, URLs and contact names (e.g. for
NARCCAP, and the reconciling Colorado river flows project)
• An online version of the report (vs static pdf version for individuals to
print) with hotlinks to URLs listed, resources, and glossary terms
• An online compendium of resources, including pdfs of documents, or if
copyrights issues do not permit this, a link to a URL where it is available.
This webpage could be hosted either at WWA or CWCB and mirrored to the other site;
however, regardless of where the site originates, there is work to be done to create the
content and put it in web formats, and create the webpage.
Tasks:
Task 1: Report completed based on comments from external peer and stakeholder
reviews and sent to CU Publications and Creative Services ( CU/PCS)
Task 2: Report laid out for publication by CU/PCS
Task 3: The project team will work with CWCB on a plan to dissiminate the document
and with CWCB and NOAA/CU outreach and media teams on outreach on the report
Task 4: Project team develops supplementary material for a webpage which will go live
at the same time as the report is available
Task 5: After design review and proof reviews by the project team, the report will go to
the printer
Task 6: Printed report delivered
Task 7: Project team participates in the Governor's conference on climate change and at
least 3 other events in the state to present and discuss the report
Timeline:
Task # Week completed Budget line
1:Final reviewed draft to PCS September 5 A: "Salaries and Wages"
2: Layout for publication by September 30 E: "Other Direct Costs"
CU/PCS
3: Project Team works with Sept 30 A: "Salaries and Wages"
outreach and media teams on
plans for release
4: Webpage created for Sept 30 A: "Salaries and Wages"
auxillary material
