The point of diversion for the Evans No. 1 is located at a <br /> point on the west bank of an unnamed tributary of Hunter <br /> Creek whence the W/4 corner of sec. 4, T1OS R74W 6th P.M. <br /> bears N84 deg. 42'W, 8,514.57 feet. <br /> 3. Source: an unnamed tributary of Hunter Creek which is a <br /> tributary of the Roaring Fork River in the Colorado River <br /> Basin. <br /> 4. The Evans No. I was decreed for irrigation and other bene- <br /> ficial purposes. The irrigated acreage is located gener- <br /> ally in sec. 4, T1OS R84W 6th P.M. <br /> 5. Irrigation and diversions for other beneficial uses under <br /> the Evans No. 1 resulted in a historical consumptive use of <br /> 15.19 acre feet per year which equates to a consumptive use <br /> flow rate of 0.06 c.f.s. <br /> 6. Historically, Evans No. 1 water rights were used from May <br /> 15 through September 15. <br /> C. The Evans No. 2 <br /> 1.
