SECTION II <br />SCOPE OF WORK SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br />PROJECT ORGANIZATION <br />As a part of their project management philosophy, the principal investigators will, at a <br />minimum, schedule monthly progress meetings and coordinate with the PSC, CWCB, <br />W WA, and AwwaRF. Moreover the investigators will identify and facilitate milestone <br />meetings and workshops. Project status reports (Period Reports) should accompany each <br />meeting and shall be submitted according the standards described in the AwwaRF <br />agreement and guidelines. <br />The investigators will also prepare a Scope of Work (together with a project management <br />plan) to include, at a minimum, the following elements: <br />■ Scope — including a detailed project description and procedure, application <br />potential, summary of related research, and discussion of the benefits this study <br />will have for the greater drinking water community <br />■ Budget by task and itemize the incremental costs of Methods 2 and 3 <br />• Schedule — tasks, meetings, milestones, delivery dates <br />■ Regular progress meetings and milestones (preliminary research, 30 %, 60 %, and <br />90% study completion, etc.) <br />■ Team structure, including sub - researchers <br />■ Team member contact information and statement of qualifications <br />■ Quality Assurance /Quality Control plan <br />■ State specific concerns regarding the Funding Contract that must be signed with <br />AwwaRF and the PSC entities. <br />SCOPE OF WORK REQUIREMENTS <br />Limit the TOTAL LENGTH of the core scope to twelve (12) pages maximum, which <br />does not include cover letter, index and /or table of contents, front and back covers, title <br />page, separation tabs, and resumes (keep resumes to 2 pages each, maximum). Please use <br />a 10 point font or larger. Use of figures, photographs, or other graphics within the page <br />constraints indicated is up to the discretion of the consultant. The scope shall include, at <br />a minimum, the following information: <br />Statements of Qualifications including: <br />a. General firm information including both local and firm -wide resources <br />pertinent to this project <br />b. Resumes of key personnel and percent of team that is local <br />IK <br />
