How will it <br />impact sediment and runoff amount and behavior? <br />Lessons Learned: Needs <br />➢ State water regulation were an adherence to flexibility <br />➢ Need to now what's happening next winter: 6 -month lead seasonal forecasting <br />➢ 2002 was a motivation for change <br />
