This report has been prepared in compliance with guidance available from the Office for <br />planning and reporting under the Water Efficiency Grant Program. Specifically, this report contains the <br />following: <br />• A review of the steps completed to date based on the scope of work funded by the Grant; <br />• A discussion of the obstacles that have arisen during execution of the project that may impact <br />performance of the scope of work; and 1 <br />• A review of the steps that remain to complete the scope of work, including any corrective actions <br />and - revisions to the current project schedule. <br />An invoice for work performed under the Grant is also attached requesting for reimbursement of eligible <br />costs based on the Grant application and the issued purchase order. <br />,Steps Completed <br />The scope of work funded by the Grant includes those tasks needed to, develop the,City's water <br />conservation plan, have the plan undergo internal and public review, and complete all reporting to the <br />Office, based in part, on the Water Conservation Planning Guidance Document prepared for the Office. <br />A summary of the work;completed related to each of these tasks is presented below. <br />Profile Existing Water System, Characterize Water Use and Forecast Demand . <br />Monthly water use data has been collected and evaluated for City and City customer water use dating <br />back to January 2006. These data include both potable and non - potable water deliveries that the City <br />provides to its various customer base including: residential, multi - family, commercial and institutional <br />water users. These data are in the process of being used to characterize past and current water uses by the <br />City, which will be used in turn to forecast future City water use through the 10 year planning period. <br />
