For DOW and <br />Sonnenberg wells, an attempt was made to tie label numbers to actual well numbers stated on the well <br />permit, when possible. <br />Attachment A summarizes the hydrogeologic information collected for each of the 138 wells identified <br />in this study. <br />• <br />5 <br />
