North Poudre ditch of this company, to fill its other reservoirs, and by <br />means thereof to supplement the water supply of the -remaining reservoir <br />system of this Company, also to have power to contract for the delivery <br />of said water for other considerations to irrigation water consumers who <br />may desire to utilize the same, also to have all incidental powers reasonably <br />necessary and essential to own, use, operate and maintain said Fossil <br />Creek reservoir, either with or independently of the other reservoirs <br />of this corporation. ®A <br />At the time of incorporation, July 31, 1901, the amount of <br />capital stock of the company was $150, 000. 00 which was divided into 3, 000 <br />shares, each having a par value of $500 00 per share, On December 26, 1901, <br />the articles of incorporation were amended and the amount of capital stock <br />was increased to $400, 000. 00 which was divided into 8, 000 shares, each <br />having a par value of $500 00 per share, On March 1, 1913, the articles of <br />incorporation were again amended, and this time the amount of capital stock <br />was increased to its present figure of $500, 000. 00, which is divided into <br />10, 000 shares, each having a par value of $50. 00 per share, In terms of <br />water supply, each share of stock represents 1 /10, 000 of the company's <br />total water supply in acre feet, In Chapter 111, Section B, the worth of a <br />share of stock in terms of water is more fully developed, <br />The governing body which shall control the affairs and management of <br />said company will be a board of directors consisting of five persons who <br />I -5 <br />
