- 16 - <br />It is agreed that the Public Law 566 and "Other" costs shall be reconsidered <br />annually. Cost records will be maintained by the Soil Conservation Service <br />and the sponsors during the period of project installation. <br />CONFORMANCE OF PLAN TO FEDERAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS <br />The installation of the proposed watershed protection and flood prevention <br />project on the West Cherry Creek T,Tatershed will give protection to flood - <br />plain lands along West Cherry Creek and will reduce the sediment load <br />carried by it. This project plan conforms to all Federal and State Laws <br />and Regulations and will have no known detrimental effect on any existing <br />downstream project or any that might be constructed in the future. <br />No new land will be brought into agricultural production as a result of <br />this project. <br />
