Bowles Reservoir Company. Four original signature pages for the loan contract are <br />flagged for your convenience. Also enclosed is an opinion letter from the Company's legal <br />counsel, Julia Robinson, the Company's W-9, an Authorization Agreement for Automatic <br />Deposits with a voided check, and a certificate of insurance as you requested. We are in the <br />process of renewing our insurance and will have our insurance carrier send you an updated <br />certificate of insurance for 2010. <br />I apologize for taking so long to get you all the documents. This fall was quite busy for our <br />office. I assume you will send us back an original of the signed loan contract page once it has <br />been fully executed.
