The estimate of Average Mean of Monthly Streamflows shown in Figure 1 is a <br />combination of flows from USGS gauge 09361500 on the Animas River and flows <br />from gauge 09362000 on Lightner Creek. Both of these gauges are located a short <br />distance upstream of the proposed Boating Park. Of note is that the contribution <br />from Lightner Creek is relatively insignificant except in the months of March, April, <br />and May. In these months the flows from Lightner contribute roughly 8%,12%, <br />and 3% of the total flow in the Animas at the confluence.
