Attach separate sheet, if needed. <br />The District will nav the record title holder of the water that has historicallv been and is <br />currently being used by District to obtain clear title to that water. The pavment is being made <br />in settlement of a dispute about the ownership of that water between the District and the <br />record title holder who developed the District based on renresentations to the Countv that <br />this water was available for its develonment through the District. The pavment is being made <br />to avoid liti�ation which <br />in the_opinion of the Board and le�al counsel could be considerablv more expensive and <br />presents unforeseeable risks. <br />6. Will the acquisition of additional water rights be necessary? . X NO.
