CWCB Construction Fund Loan Application <br />4. Please provide a brief description of the owner's existing water supply facilities and describe <br />any existing operational or maintenance problems. Attach separate sheets if needed, and a map <br />of the service area. Water service is nrovided to 160 SFE. Swan River Ranch, The Villas at <br />Swan's Nest and Upper Blue Sanitation District emplovee housin�. Water is pumped <br />from 2 wells, treated and stored in a 250 gallon steel tank. Water is distributed via steel <br />pipes to customers at the street tap. Water from the street to the individual units piping is <br />the owners responsibility. Water is also provided to Tiger Run RV Park (approximately 100 <br />SFEs) from a separate well and storage tank via a long term lease that expires in about 36 years. <br />Map attached <br />For existing facilities indicate: <br />Number of shareholders or Number of customers served 160 SFEs + <br />approx. 100 SFEs of leased <br />water to Ti�er Run RV Park from well # 6. <br />Current Assessment per share $ Number of shares <br />Number of acres irrigated 1_6 Water Right: 10 consumptive acre feet. <br />Average water diverted per year: 88 acre-feet. <br />Part B. - Description of the Project <br />1.
