Provided engineering assistance in changes of water rights and development of <br />augmentation plans. <br />DAM AND RESERVOIR DESIGN <br />San Luis Valley Irrigation District - Rio Grande Dam Rehabilitation <br />Project engineer responsible for design, project management, and inspection for <br />rehabilitation of a major dam in Southern Colorado. Work included preparation of a <br />hydroelectric feasibility study, repair of the outlet gate structure, spillway enlargement, and <br />embankment modification. <br />Fairfield Communities, Pagosa Springs <br />Flood hydrology analysis and design of outlet works replacement for Sullenburger Dam. <br />Page 2 W.
