Provided engineering assistance in changes of water rights and development of <br />augmentation plans. <br />DAM AND RESERVOIR DESIGN <br />San Luis Valley Irrigation District - Rio Grande Dam Rehabilitation <br />Project engineer responsible for design, project management, and inspection for <br />rehabilitation of a major dam in Southern Colorado.
