The <br />streamflow claims are summarized on a monthly basis in Table 2 of our report, a copy of <br />which is also enclosed with this letter. <br />ALP Pumping - ALP diversions will be subject to bypass flow requirements and <br />environmental commitments made in the 2000 Final Supplemental Environmental <br />Impact Statement (Final EIS). Bypass flows are <br />required only when ALP is pumping. <br />
