Table 2 shows that the summer flow recommendation of 6.4 cfs is available at least 50% of the <br />time for the month of April 15 through July 31 The winter flow recommendation of 3.0 cfs is <br />available at least 50% of the time from August 1 through November 14 Based on water <br />availability, the summer recommendation was further reduced to 4.1 cfs for the time period of <br />March 15th the <br />April 14 and the winter recommendation was further reduced to 2.4 cfs <br />from November 15' through March 14 <br />Precipitation Data <br />Staff reviewed a local precipitation data set from 1 site located around the South Fork Smith <br />Fork Gunnison Drainage (see Precipitation Data in Appendix Q. Table 3 shows the water year <br />and the percent of average precipitation recorded at each site.
