Desigri activities are nearing completion. <br />The bidding process will begin for the first Conveyance System bid package in the second <br />quarter of 2007. Construction is expected to begin on Bid Package I, Conveyance Pipeline <br />Segment 3, in September 2007. The bidding and award process for the remaining bid <br />packages will begin either late in the fourth quarter of 2007 or early in the first quarter of <br />2008.
