Project Description: Development of in-house expertise in 3D visualization for the
CDSS program. This effort involves doing a pilot 3D display and the creation of a user
manual that can be used by CWCB staff in the development of displays and presentations
to the Board on the DSS effort. Time is also allocated for technical support and staff
training.
