Name or names of the proposed sponsors of the project. (Soil <br />Conservation District, Ditch Company, Municipality, etc.) <br />2. General geographic location of the proposed project and the <br />contemplated source of water. <br />"A <br />3. Briefly describe the primary purposes of the proposed project <br />and list also any secondary benefits which you believe would <br />accrue. (Either primary or secondary benefits might include <br />irrigation, drainage, flood prevention, erosion control, <br />municipal water supply, recreation, fish and wildlife, etc.) <br />
