Bureau of Reclama- <br />tion; State Conservationist, Soil Conservation Service; <br />Secretary, State Soil Conservation Board; Director, <br />Colorado Game, Fish and Parks Department. <br />SUBJECT Notice of Intent to Apply for Federal or State Assistance <br />in the Development of a Water Resource Project from the <br />Whitney Irrigation Company. <br />Enclosed herewith is a copy of a Notice of Intent received <br />in this office from Mr. Robert D. Tigges, President of the Whitney - <br />Irrigation Company, Greeley, Colorado. According to the Notice of <br />Intent, the project consists primarily of rehabilitation of the <br />irrigation system. <br />Arrangements have been made for the Inter- Agency Committee <br />to meet with Mr. Tigges and others of the Whitney Irrigation Company <br />Board at 10:00 a.m., August 4, 1967 at the home of Mr. Tigges. <br />To reach Mr. Tigges' farm, drive slightly over 4 miles <br />due east of Windsor on State highway No. 392 to a sign directing <br />you to Bracewell, and turn south 1 1/2 miles to Bracewell (a store <br />and station along side the Colorado and Southern Railroad tracks) <br />and then turn back west 1/2 mile to.the second farm on your left. <br />TANLE2te_r MILLER <br />Supv.
