Describe generally the lands owned or to be acquired by applicant <br />for use in the project: <br />Parts of Sections 7, 17 and 18, in Township 10 North, Range 69 West <br />of the 6th P. M. , in Larimer County, Colorado <br />7. Describe (a) water sources and (b) water rights now owned or to be <br />acquired by applicant for use in project. <br />(a) North fork of the Cache la Poudre River <br />(b) Water rights now owned <br />8. Will applicant have to acquire: <br />(a) Ruts -of -way? Yes <br />If so, describe briefly and estimate acquisition costs. <br />Land for reservoir and to relocate a County road. <br />It will take approximately 320 acres of land not presently <br />owned by applicant. This should be bought for $100. 00 per <br />acre. <br />(b) Use of Federal lands? No <br />If so, describe and name agency. <br />(c) Does applicant request withdrawal of said Federal lands? No <br />9. The applicant understands that the maximum amount of the loan <br />and /or grant which can be obtained on a single project or distinct <br />unit thereof is $5,000,000 and that the primary purpose of the <br />project must be irrigation. <br />10. The applicant states that it is ready, willing and able to provide, <br />by means other than the loan under the Small Reclamation Projects <br />Act, funds necessary to develop the application report, and to <br />provide.. required land and water rights in an amount not to exceed <br />25 percent of the estimated cost of development. <br />P- <br />3 <br />f _ <br />cRO <br />
