Cumulative Impacts and Effects Analysis <br />Subtask 3.4 Environmental Consequences <br />For each of the practicable alternatives, the Consultant will complete a <br />detailed analysis of impacts resulting from project construction and <br />operation. The Consultant will complete the studies, inventories, and <br />surveys needed to complete the impact analysis. The Consultant shall work <br />closely with MRCG and its consultants to avoid any duplication of effort. <br />The effects of project construction and operation for each of the practicable <br />alternatives must be assessed considering the environmental parameters <br />listed in Subtask 3.3- Affected Environment <br />The Consultant shall prepare a matrix table to be utilized for screening of <br />practicable alternatives. The table should compare factors such as cost, <br />logistics and technology, impacts to aquatic resources, and other <br />environmental factors. <br />The Consultant shall fully describe environmental consequences of <br />implementing the practicable alternatives on the environmental parameters <br />listed in Subtask 3.3. <br />Specific consideration will be given to the following: <br />M <br />
