Install toe drain at the dam emba.nkment toe to intercept seepage.
4. Construct service spillway to be incorporated into the outlet works. The spillway
needs to be designed to pass the 100 year storm as has been confirmed with the Office
of the State Engineer.
5. Place riprap and bedding on the upstream face of the dam in the breach area and at the
energy dissipation structure.
FINANCIAL PLAN
, The WLMWIC plans to apply for a$210,600 loan from the Colorado Water Conservation Board
(CWCB) small projects fund. The funds required includes the 1% loan origination fee of $2,106. The
annual payments required to service the loan from 2008 through 2037 are also shown in Table 4 with
the final payment shown as being paid from the certificate-of-deposit. No provision has been made
for providing for a certificate of deposit in the Fund Requirement Schedule as is described later.
Angel Lake Feasibility Study Page 8
'
