BOARD AND THE STATE AND DIVISION ENGINEERS
The Colorado Water Conservation Board ( "CWCB ") and the State Engineer and
the Division Engineer for Water Division No. 5, ( "the Engineers "), through their
undersigned counsel, hereby submit this disclosure pursuant to C.R.C.P. 26(a)(1) and the
Uniform Local Rules for All State Water Court Divisions, Rule I I (d).
