ORDER
THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon Motion of the Colorado Water
Conservation Board and the State and Division Engineers, and the Court having reviewed
the Motion, and being fully advised therein,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1. Applicant's Amended Subpoena of Mr. Knox, dated April 11, 2002, is
unreasonable and oppressive.
2. The Court hereby modifies the subpoena to require Mr. Knox's presence
at trial on May 6, 8, and 9, 2002.
