NO ABRO Anw OF A MOE T?'Y Q3 RFSPONSTBTLjTy <br />This agreement can not and does not in any way diminish or detract from or add to the Services <br />ultimate responsibility for administering and abiding by the ESA, IAA, or other laws. Nor is it <br />intended to affect the fights and responsibilities of the Partnership or its participating entities to <br />comment on, support, or oppose the Yampa Plan. <br />This Agreement also is not intended to limit the ability of the Service or its contractors or <br />cooperators from soliciting input for project activities or to meet the requirements of IVEPA. In <br />the event that the Partnership is unable to provide public input in an'effective and timely manner, <br />the Service may pursue such involvement independent of the Partnership. <br />504 "fiat • : s <br />This MOU will become effective upon the sigaatores of the approving officials of the respective <br />agencieslorganizations entering into The terms of this MOU will remain in effect until the <br />completion of the Yampa Plan, which is scheduled to ocrxu in June 2400.
