Designate a representative of the Partnership who will participate in the Project <br />Management Team meetings as a means of staying informed about the Plan, <br />providing local input, and reporting back to stakeholders and interest groups. <br />S. Accomplish these tasks in an eft c ve and timely manner. <br />9. Be free to provide comments on the Yampa Plan at any time. <br />The Recovery Program has developed and approved the work plan and budget for the Yampa <br />Plan for Fiscal Year 1997. Activities identified in the work plan that the Partnership is expected <br />to be involved in are listed in attacliadeat 1. Aitachiiieirt 1 *M be updated by October 'of each. _ <br />year in coordination with the Partnership, subject to approval by the Recovery Program. <br />B. - The Service will: <br />I. Subject, to unforeseen circumstances or practical considerations, develop the <br />Yampa Plan according to the schedule identified by the Recovery Program and <br />summarized in attachment 2. <br />2. As appropriate, hold meetings of the Project Management Tearer in the Yampa <br />River valley. <br />3. * Fairly ar d objectively assess aU alternatives presmtcd in the NEPA process. <br />4. Fully and objectively consider any information provided by the Partnership and <br />respond to comments' and concerns raised by the Partnership in a timely manner. <br />5. Give appropriate consideration to citizen input in the decision maldng sad the <br />.. IAA processes. <br />6. Fully disclose technical information, such as study reports and work plans. <br />7. Receive input from the Partnership and other stakeholders and use it appropriately <br />in the NEPA process. <br />8. Designate a represez.,adve to interact with and brief the Partnership on the Yampa <br />Plan, as requested. <br />9. As appropriate, fund public involvement activities undertaken by the Partnership. <br />{NOTE: Funding wilt be provided subject to a scope of work developed by the <br />Partnership that is submitted to and approved by the Recovery Program. Funding <br />will be transferred to the Partuership via a Cooperative Agreement or contract <br />between the Partnership and the appropriate Recovery Program patdcipam). <br />5 <br />
