Final NEPA document, Record of Decision, and Formal agreement among <br />the appropriate parties to implement and fund the Plan <br />(January 2000 -June 2000). <br />S. Implement Plan (June 2000 +): <br />Support Activities <br />9'. Public Information Activities (ongoing)_ One public meeting in <br />Craig, Colorado, i n""'the summer of 1996. A Public Inv61 vement Plan <br />will be developed in FY 96.- <br />10. Hydrology Support (ongoing). Hydrosphere, Inc., will be retained to <br />provide hydrology support for Tasks 1 -3. <br />11. Stream Gages. Install, operate and /or maintain appropriate stream <br />gaging stations to monitor flow /sediment in critical reaches. <br />12. Develop a basin wide plan to reduce impacts of nonnative fishes <br />whsle continuing to provide sportfishing opportunities in the basin <br />(1997.1998): (CDOW lead independent of NEPA process). <br />13. Assemble information on declining native species associated with the <br />Yampa River. Identify those actions needed to conserve the . <br />dec species (1997 - 1998).
