When the City first applied <br />for the grant we were working on a storage reservoir project and the �natching portion of <br />the grant was going to be paid from our Water Fund. Whei� the project was not teasible <br />and the focus was on flood mitigation the City's General Fund was guing to take over and <br />finance the matching funds.
