Please provide a brief description of the applicants existing drainage system and describe <br />any existing operation or maintenance problems. <br />Bosley Wash originates as a natural drainage basin on the westem side of Mt. Gartield, a <br />prominent feature of the Bookcliff range of mountains on the North side of the Colorado River <br />valley in Mesa County. It crosses several jurisdictional boundaries inctuding the BLM, Mesa <br />County, Colorado Department of Transportation, Grand Junction Drainage District, the railroad <br />Right-of-Way and through private properties. Downstream of Interstate-70, the channel is <br />generally maintained by Grand Junction Drainage District. Approximately Six (6) square miles are <br />in the basin. <br />6. N/A <br />
