• � Item 2.B. of the SCOPE OF SERVICES shall be completed and the draft preliminary design report submitted to COUNTY within 30 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed with any one alternate. COLTNTY and LOCAL SPONSORS shall have 14 ca.lendar days to review the drafr preliminary design report and submit comments to ENGINEER who shall then have 30 calendar davs to submit the final reports to COIJNTY. Item 2.C. of the SCOPE OF SERVICES shall be completed and a copy of the draf� report submitted to CO[JNTY and LOCAL SPONSORS within 21 calendar days of the receipt of the copies of mapping. COUNTY and LOCAL SPONSORS shall have 14 calendar days to review the draft and submit comments to ENGINEEI� who shall then have 21 calendar days to submit the final reports to COUNTY. 6. FORMAL PRESENTATTONS ENGINEER shall make the following numbers of formal presentations at public, CiTy Council or County Commissioner meetings or hearings in connection with drainage and preliminary design as scheduled by COUNTY: Number Formal Phase Presentations Master Plan/Preliminary Design 1 Floodplain Delineation In addition, ENGINEER will meet informally at COUNTY request. ENGINEER will be reimbursed on a"cost plus" basis for additional formal presenta.tions, which compensation shall not exceed the wa.ges paid in connection with the additional formal presentations, times a factor of 2.6, plus all direct expenses. 7. REPORT DISTRIBUTION COUNT'Y will be responsible for furnishing LOCAL SPONSORS with copies of the various reports prepared b�� ENGINEER: 8. COMPENSATION COUNTY agrees to pay ENGINEER Dollars ($ ) for all of the above services subject to the terms and conditions described under Paragraphs 10 and 14 below. 9. RESPONSIBILITIES OF ENGINEER ENGINEER shall be responsible for providing services in accordance with Section 2. SCOPE OF SERVICES and all other terms and conditions specified in this Agreement.
