One copy of all pertinent calculations and references to materials used, <br />one set of original teart and mylars of all sheets in the reports shall be furnished <br />to COtINTY. Pertinent calculations to be provided to COUNTY shall be bound, <br />indexed and shall contain onlv fuial calculations. All oversized materials <br />including computer printouts shall be reduced to 8%2" Y 11" size and shall be <br />bound and indeYed into one or more volumes. All non-pertinent preliminary <br />calculations, duplications, or items that would detract from the claritv of the <br />submittal shall not be included. <br />2.A.10. ENGINEER shall be cognizant that this report may need to be updated in <br />the future and sha11 design the report sections, tables, and mapping so that <br />inforn3ation can be readily added in the future. In addition electronic copy <br />containing all hydrologic, hydraulic, cost estimating, and benefit-cost computer <br />generated results and inputs for this study, will be prepared and submitted to <br />COIJNTY as part of the technical information submittal. One set CD ROM <br />disks, and the accompanying documentation discussed below shall be provided to <br />COUNTY. All disks shall be properly referenced, indexed, and bound in 3-ring <br />binder(s) and will be accompanied by a AccessTM data base file describing the <br />file names and their content on each disk and where supporting graphics for <br />these files may be found. The hydrology files shall be accompanied by a <br />watershed map showing a11 sub-watersheds and all routing elements, properly <br />labeled and numbered for easy reference. COIJNT'Y reserves the right to reject <br />any disk found to contain bad or unreadable sectors or clusters. ENGINEER <br />shall replace all rejected materials at no additional cost to COUNTY. All <br />computer models used by ENGINEER shall be approved in writing in advance <br />bv COtINTY. All hydrology and hydraulic files stored on disks shall follow the <br />file estension convention set forth in the attached Exhibit C. <br />2.C. Floodplain Delineation <br />. <br />2.C.1. ENGINEER will prepare a one-volume Floodplain Delineation Report <br />(11" x 17") for the streams and tributaries described in Section 2 of this <br />scope/Agreement to be included in the study. The report, along with the <br />supporting calculations and documentaxioq shall be appropriate for submission <br />to the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) for designation and <br />approval of the 100-year floodplains according to the latest adopted CWCB <br />"Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of <br />
