ENGINEER shall demonstrate to COUNTY and <br />�vait for COIJNIY's w-ritten acceptance before proceeding to prepare final <br />drawings on 4-mil double-matte mylars using the electronic files of the mapping <br />provided the maps so produced will have the line weights and screening specified <br />by COITNTY. ENGINEER shall present to COIINTY for approval the line type <br />and weights to be used and the names and description of each CAD layer. The <br />completed drawings will depict: sizes, types, and capacity of improvements; <br />capacity of trickle channels (if necessary); slope of channels, culverts, conduits <br />and bridges; location of other utilities in the general azea. determined from <br />available utility location maps; generalized soil charactenstics of channel; <br />channel bank and detention bank elevations where appropriate; location of cross <br />sections used; floodplain boundaries and water surface profile for the 100-year <br />stornl after improvements based on flows for projected (projected density is x <br />units/acre watershed development conditions; water surface profile after <br />improvements for the selected improvement design frequency (if different than <br />the 100-year storm); and floodplain boundaries and water surface pronle for the <br />100-year storm for existing channel conditions based on flows for future <br />watershed development conditions. The plan shall show right-of-way required <br />for acquisition, but sha11 not include survey descriptions or parcel locations. <br />Typical sections and special deta.ils will be shown on same plans at appropriate <br />scales. If a report is required by Agreement, state on the drawings that <br />floodway data may be found in the "Floodplain Delineation Report for Bosley <br />Wash, Mesa County, Colorado, dated (Insert date of Report)". If a separate <br />report is not required, tabulate in the report for each cross-section the reference <br />line stationing, thalweg elevation, 10-, 25-, and 100-year discharges and <br />respective water surface elevations, top width of the 100-year floodplain left�and <br />right of the reference line and total width, mean velocity, top width of the <br />floodway, floodway width left and right of the reference line, floodway water <br />surface elevation and mean velocity of the floodway. Use CWCB's floodway <br />criteria in deterrnining it and define this floodway criteria in the text as being <br />based on 6-inch rise in the energy gradeline. In preparation of drawings, <br />ENGINEER shall use drafting techniques and line weights as appropriate to <br />insure the production of clear and legible printing at a�0 percent reduction in <br />
