Summary of findings. <br />h. Pertinent charts graphs and material utilized. <br />i. A brief explanaxion of the benefit-cost analysis, including life and interest <br />rates used. Explain which indirect and/or intangible benefits were <br />considered and how dollar values were assigned. Also, apart from the <br />report furnished to COLTNTY, one (1) copy of the cost-benefit calculation. <br />These calculations shall be in tabular form, clear, legible and identified by <br />the reach on the stream. The tabulations, as a minimum, shall contain the <br />amounts of damages and reduction in damages to residences, commerc: �.i <br />buildings, roads, schools, utilities, and other development classifications <br />as appropriate, and will also identify the amounts allocated to tangible and <br />intangible d and for the damages to the contents of structures. A <br />brief written explanation of the calculations may be required by <br />COLTNTY if they are not self-explanatory. <br />j. A list and discussion of problem azeas as disclosed by hydrological and <br />hvdraulic calculations for each flood retum frequency. <br />k. A summary of costs associated with the best alternate plans by reaches <br />and divided into 1) drainage improvement costs; 2) street crossing costs; <br />3) utility relocations; 4) right-of-way costs; 5) contingency costs; and 6) <br />present worth of maintenance and other annual costs. Include <br />representative present day unit costs and percentage of contingencies <br />utilized. <br />l.
