ENGINEER sha11 conduct a benefit/cost analysis using "Methodology for <br />Evaluation of Feasibility: Multi jurisdictional Urban Drainage and Flood <br />Control Projects" . The analysis at the minimum shall consist of the following: <br />a. The completion of a damage potential estimate for the total Drainageway <br />based on flows for future watershed development for the �-, 10-, 2�- and <br />100-vear storm events. <br />b. The consideration of total damages which includes both tangible and <br />intangible dama.ges. <br />c. The determination of the present worth of total damages over the study <br />reach based on interest ra.tes and project life as set forth in the reference <br />cited in above. <br />d. Consultation and decision on legal matters (provided by COUNT'Y). <br />e_ Determination of required right-of-way. <br />f. The evaluation and comparison of project benefits and costs, including <br />maintenance, on a reach basis and for the total study area for the best <br />altemate plans. The project benefits will include the reduction in damage <br />potential resulting from improvez.:_ent made, as well as u,direct or <br />intangible benefits where possible. <br />2.A.13. ENGINEER shall prepare a written report which will include, but not be <br />limited to, the following: <br />a. A brief statement to clarify ENGINEER's understanding of the agreement <br />and any action taken by the entities involved that modified, limited or <br />expanded such understanding. <br />b. A map depicting the drainage watershed, sub-watersheds, channel by <br />reaches, typical channel cross-sections, and jurisdictions involved. ' <br />c. Maps at a minimum scale of 1:�000, or another scale approved by <br />COLTNTY, schematically and clearly depicting the best alternative plans <br />developed for consideration, and showing the extent of flooding for the <br />100-year flows based on future watershed development conditions for the <br />best alternate plans for the 5-, 10-, 25- and 100-year altematives, as <br />appropnate. <br />d. A written description clearly describing the best alternative plans on a <br />
