The allotted budget for this study is sufficient to complete a feasibility study as described in this proposal, but dces not compare in scope to a feasbility study according to Colorado Water Conservateon Board (CWCB) guidelines. More detailed planning studies will likely be appropriate and recommended as this project is developed in more specificity and detail. � � GEI �
