Individuals wishing to join must have their applications in our
office by January 10', 2003. Any well users not submitting their applications by this date will
' not be eligible for the primaxy plan. Any costs for plan amendments will be born by the
applicant. If you have any questions, please call and talk to me, Jeanette Bryan, at (719) 462-
' S140. Our main office hours axe 8:00 to 5:00 weekdays.
Complete the application thoroughly because those that come in incomplete will be rejected and
' sent back for completion. So call if you have any questions. Also, take the time and read
everything. This application should tell you what you need to know.
' AGUA is workin on re lacin water usin our ditch water ri hts or au mentation on the
g P g gY g.f g
wells. If you are interested in this, please contact C.R. (Dick) Evans for more information
' and to start this process. Mr. Evans number is 719-250-8451 or 719-948-4528.
■ Any AGUA well that is requesting to pump during the 2003 Plan Year for domestic use,
municipal use or some other type of use not able to shut down, must provide the following
information: ID Number, use of the well, if the well has multiple uses, % used on each use, if
' the well had previously been used partially for irrigation-note the past irrigation use and
percentage, but indicate the non-irrigation use separately as the request for the 2003 Plan Year
' on page 6 of the application.
Pages 1,2,3 & 4 of the application is your to keep. You will then need to complete, entirely, the
, pages 5& 6 and send back with the completed form 13(s) (new members or changes in
previous form 13's only) and a check for the appropriate amount. The bill for your water will
' be sent after water is found, if any. You can call me for an estimate of the price of water.
Remember, what you order may not necessarily be what you get if we have another dry winter
'(see membership policy on page 3 of the application). The Board of Directors will be
deciding which wells will be allowed to continue pumping, so give a complete explanation of
' why you will need to keep pumping.
Also, remember you need to order your household use for enough water to get you by and not
' over estimate that amount. Past use records will determine this!
