Members may submit copies of well tesi results completed by a Statc <br />auttiorized aad approved tester. Such test resul:s shall bc dated no more <br />than fo�n yea� prior to application daxe. If no test has been completed on <br />the well{s), AGUA will provide a well test at a cost (to the member) <br />deteimined trv t12e Board of Directors. <br />b. Ali wells accegted for membershitp in AGUA will be re-tested at Ieast <br />� once every faur years. <br />ARTICLE III <br />MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS <br />1, �,NWA1', MEE'IZ1V'GS: The Atvnual meeting of AGUA shall be held durin� the <br />month of Ivovember 3t a pIa,ce determined by the Board of Directors. Wriaen notice <br />of each annual meetins s�ail be gi�en b� mailing a copy of such natice to each <br />member, to the address recorded in the membership recards, postage pregaid, az least <br />3Q days prior to the date of the meeting. <br />2. SPECIRL i1�fEE'I'INGS: Sgeczal meetings may he called at any time by the president, <br />or by a majority of the directors. 'T'he Piesiden� or in lus absence, the � ice President, <br />shali call a special me�� u�on the written petition of one third of the mcmbers. <br />Notice of shc special me�ings shall specify the business to be t�ransacted az the <br />meeting, and shaU be �:��ea as provided in Sectian 1 of this Article III. <br />3. VOTING: A vvte b� a majority of the members present in person or by gm.cy sizall <br />constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any annuai or special meeting. <br />ARTICLE IV <br />DLRECTO <br />I. BOARD OF DIRECTORS: The business and affairs of ACiUA sha[i be under the <br />management and conttoi of directors. The boar� of directors shall consist of at least <br />five (5) directors. Eacta direc:or shall be a member of AGUA. <br />2. £LECTION AND TFRtii OF DIRECTORS: Directors of AGLTA shall b� elected at <br />the Annuai meeting bv the membership present at said meeting for a tezm of three <br />y�. <br />3. COMPENSATION: The Board of D'ueetors and officezs of AGUA shall sern <br />without compensatioa but any such officer or director shall be reimburscd for actual <br />exp�nses iacurred in thc performance of duties. <br />
