Currently the State Engineer requires that <br />monthly consumptive use credits be used to calculate replacement credits as shown in Table 5 on the <br />' next page. Further analysis of these monthly consumptive use credits will be completed when the shares <br />are changed to augmentation use. Table 5 calculates average monthly consumptive use credits for 1,792 <br />' shares (1,007 plus 785, or 54 percent) by multiplying the river headgate diversions between March and <br />November by the percentage of Excelsior Ditch water available to AGUA (54 percent) by the monthly <br />' <br />' <br />' <br />1 1940 through 1985 diversions compiled and provided by Mr. Ralph Adkins, P.E. <br />2 Records from CWCB.
