You see, what happens there, I believe, is that if we drop the Hoyt and Wiggins out of consideration in the Narrows we have eliminated a cost. We have auto- matically then taken on an unknown problem in silt accumulation and streambed aggradation below the mouth of the Bijou with the Weld County situation. With the Narrows situation that sediment problem is taken care of by providing storage capacity for sediments in the Narrows Reservoir and you do not have the river situation in the channel below. So my question is, if you eliminate Bijou consideration in the main stem, do we eliminate it entirely ?" MR. GILDERSLEEVE: "It's 12:15. Does the committee feel that there is a necessity fcr continuing this session after lunch? Does the Bureau feel that they have direction as to what their studies should be in the near future ?" MR.
