Withhold its approval of the so- called Narrows Dam project and further <br />withhold its approval of any and all other or different projects unless same shall <br />be made to conform to the views of our Club herei.nabove expressed. <br />2. That said Board to its fullest capacity insist on a firm agreement with <br />and binding upon all interested federal authorities that all decreed priorities <br />for the use of water shall be recognized, with full protection of all present <br />irrigation works; that in the event of condemnation of any existing irrigation <br />works all condemned grater rights and priorities be abandoned. <br />3. That the Congress of the United States should be asked to authorize and <br />direct that all adjudications and determinations of rights, by or at the instance <br />of the United States or any of its departments or agencies, affecting the waters <br />of this state, be had and made in the Courts of this state under the provisions <br />and requirements of Colorado Statutes., and that all water be distributed and all <br />water rights, decrees and appropriations of water be administered by or under the <br />supervision of the proper water officiala of Colorado. <br />Respectfully submitted <br />BRUSH CIVIC CLUB, of Brush, Morgan County <br />Colorado <br />By <br />1'Tilliam B.
