The North Abutment is to be located in the SW 1/4
of Section 21, T 7 N, R 68 W, of the 6th P.M., in
Larimer County, Colorado, being more particularly
described as follows:
Considering the west line of the SW 1/4 of said
Section 21, as bearing north 0 08' 15 west and
with all bearings contained herein relative
thereto; commencing at the southwest corner of
Section 21; thence, along said west line of the SW
1/4 North 0 08' 15" west, 2216.3 feet thence
north 89 51' 45" east, 438.6 feet to the North
Abutment. The South Abutment is to be located in
the SW 1/4 of Section 21, T 7 N, R 68 W, of the
6th P.M., Larimer County, Colorado, being more
particularly described as .follows:
Considering the west line of the SW 1/4 of said
Section 21 as bearing north 0 08' 15" west and
with-all bearings contained herein relative
thereto; commencing at the southwest corner of
Section 21; thence along said west line of the SW
1/4 north 0 08' 15" west 2,003.3.feet thence
north 89 51' 45" east, 473.8 feet to the South
Abutment.

e. Amount .30 cfs, conditional, provided, however,
that during the period September 1 through April
30: (1) the foregoing amount shall be reduced to
5 cfs, ( 2 ) in addition, all river f lows between 5
cfs and 25 cfs will be shared equally between Fort
Collins under the priority granted herein and
Thornton, under the priorities awarded to it in
86CW401 and 86CT9403, and (3) Fort Collins is
entitled to a total amount no greater than 15 cfs.
Provided, further, that said amounts refer to the
water which is physically available at the Nature
Center Diversion Dam.
f. Use or zronosed use Municipal uses, which are
recreational, piscatorial, fishery, and wildlife.
48. The Applicant shall install and maintain such measuring
devices as the Division Engineer may reasonably require for
administration of this right.
49. The priorities awarded herein were filed in the Water
Court in the year of 1986, shall be administered as having been
