Name of structure <br />Fort Collins Power Plant Dam. <br />b. Legal descrintion of point of diversion <br />The Power Plant Dam is located in the SW 1/4 of <br />Section 12, T 7 N, R 69 W, of the 6th P.M., <br />Larimer County, Colorado, being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Considering the west line of the NW '1/4 of said <br />Section 12 as bearing south 0 06' 56" east and <br />with all bearings contained herein relative <br />thereto; commencing at the northwest corner of <br />Section 12 thence along said west line of the NW <br />1/4 south 0 06' 56" east 442.4 feet; thence, <br />north 89 53' 04" east, 386.4 feet to a point on <br />the diversion dam. <br />C. Source Cache la Poudre River. <br />d.. Date of aoorovriaticn December 31, 1986. <br />e. Amount 30 cfs, conditional, provided, however, <br />that during the period.from September 1 through <br />April 30,. the amount shall be 5 cfs.
