9. UNSCHEDULED CITIZENS <br />Pete Sharp asked if the acknowledgment by rural communities that out -of- <br />basin diversions are inevitable is unacceptable to the whole board. The <br />board replied that it was. <br />Butch Clark urged the board to consider how the Redlands agreement <br />could affect the ability to store and amounts that can be stored in April. <br />He urged everyone to consider checking on their tax form to contribute to <br />the watershed protection fund. He said that discussion of the Big Straw is <br />not yet on the CRWCD's website, but some information is available. <br />Ramon Reed said that he has completed work on identifying District <br />divisions for the County Clerk's locator program. He said that inputting the <br />data should not take very long, but it is not known how long it will take the <br />state programmer to do the global updates. He said he hoped that efforts <br />are being made or considered to quantify and qualify the effects of the <br />2002 drought on this basin. <br />10. CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION REGARDING POSTING <br />LOCATIONS <br />Steve Glazer moved approval of Resolution 03-01. Diane <br />Lothamer seconded the motion. The motion carried. <br />1 1. Dennis Steckel seconded the motion. <br />The motion carried. <br />12. CONSIDERATION OF OPERATIONAL AND OTHER <br />EXPENSES PAYABLE. <br />Diane Lothamer moved and Bob Irby seconded approval of <br />operational and other expenses payable in the amount of $ <br />28,915.19.
