The final version of that document is required to <br />include information as provided by the Natural Resources Conservation Service. <br />40) The final plat shall include County- assigned addresses for all lots, which task shall require <br />the applicant and /or his surveyor to initiate a meeting with the County Building Inspector <br />to assign those addresses. <br />41) A copy of the approval by the Colorado Department of Health and Environmental <br />Resources Division of Water Quality of plans and specifications for the drinking water <br />treatment system and drinking water source. <br />42) A copy of a weed management plan, as recommended in the Preliminary Plan review by, <br />and devised in cooperation with, the Weed Coordinator of the Gunnison Basin Weed <br />Commission; such plan may require the inclusion of appropriate management language. <br />In lieu of that plan, if such is not forthcoming from the Coordinator within a timely <br />fashion, a copy of the approved Reclamation Permit may be submitted to the Planning <br />Department. <br />43) Plats, covenants and deeds shall clearly identify the location and dimensions of the private <br />road, limit the use of the road to private road use by landowners, guests and invitees and <br />utilities, prohibit construction and use of non -road improvements in the road, and provide <br />for reciprocal use of the road by other lot owners. <br />44) A 25400t setback as required to protect the Restrictive Inner Buffer shall be shown on the <br />plat, as attested by a registered professional engineer. <br />45) Delineation of the loo -year floodplain is required to be on the Final Plat, and the applicant <br />is required to include within deeds of all applicable properties that lie within the <br />delineated floodplain language required by Section 5 -203: F. 1., Warning and Disclaimer <br />of Floodplain Hazards Affecting Use and Occupancy of This Property. The applicant is <br />required to sign such Warning as well, and submit it as part of the Final Plan. <br />46) Documentation that application has been made to the Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency requesting amendment to the identified floodplain designation of lots in this <br />subdivision that are located within the floodplain. The applicant is also hereby put on <br />notice that USDA Rural Development funding for extension of the North Interceptor <br />Sewer, a current Gunnison County project, may not be available for those lots. <br />47) Final, detailed engineered drawings for installation of sewer collection lines, including <br />necessary easements, and documentation of determination by both the Gunnison County <br />Public Works Department and the City of Gunnison, of required sewer tap and user fees <br />for this subdivision. <br />48) The final version of the Standards of Operation, and the Declaration of Protective <br />covenants shall be submitted as part of the Final Plan, replicating the October 23, 2002 <br />version, but with the following changes and /or additions: <br />49) The following shall be required to be completed upon recordation of the Final Plant: <br />5o) Two copies of the final plat designating County addresses for the applicant to the <br />appropriate office of U.S. West shall supply each lot. <br />51) One copy of the final plat, designating County addresses for each lot, shall be supplied by <br />the applicant to the U.S. Postal Service. <br />52) No more than two dogs are allowed per dwelling unit, and such requirement shall be <br />included in the protective covenants. <br />4.
