E <br />3 <br />Name and Add ress: <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />1313 Sherman St., Room 720 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />W ater Right <br />Name of Ditch, Spring, or Other Structure: <br />San Cristobal Lake, a natural lake. <br />T'nr-a i- i nn <br />Legal Description of location of outlet of natural lake: <br />The lake is located at Section 15, 22, and 27, T43N, R4W, <br />NM P.M., in Hinsdale County, Colorado. The lake is located <br />in the natural drainage of Lake Fork Gunnison, and may be <br />located on the Lake San Cristobal U.S.G.S quadrangle. <br />Description of Ditch and /or Pipeline: (Means of Diversion): <br />Not applicable <br />Source of Water: <br />San Cristobal Lake in its natural condition. <br />Priority Date: <br />May 12, 1976 provided, however, that this right shall be <br />junior to all priorities awarded in cases filed prior to <br />1977, and otherwise junior as provided.in S�7- 92 - ?Q5 C.R.S. <br />(1990). <br />Amount of Water: <br />Volume in acre feet and elevation of the minimum lake sur- <br />face level: The lake in its natural condition contains <br />approximately 13,545 acre feet and the elevation of the <br />natural water surface is approximately 8,995 feet, as <br />derived from the applicable U.S.G.S. quadrangle. <br />-2- <br />
