0 <br />DISTRICT COURT, WATER DIVISION 4, COLORADO <br />Case No. W -3366 <br />AMENDED DECREE <br />--------------------------------------------------------- <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION FOR WATER RIGHTS OF THE COLORADO <br />WATER CONSERVATION BOARD ON BEHALF OF =THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF <br />COLORADO, <br />IN SAN CRISTOBAL LAKE, A NATURAL LAKE, <br />IN THE WATERSHED OF THE GUNNISON RIVER, <br />IN HINSDALE COUNTY, COLORADO. <br />The undersigned water judge hereby makes the following <br />findings and ruling thereon: <br />Findings and Facts <br />1. That the application concerns San Cristobal Lake locat- <br />ed in Hinsdale County, Colorado, and seeks a water right to <br />insure the preservation of such minimum lake level and volume as <br />are required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree, and the claim for appropriation is made under the prove- <br />sions of §37 -92- 102(3) C.R.S. (1990). - <br />2. That applicant has furnished acceptable prpofa 'to' T <br />claims made. <br />1977. 3. That the said application was filed on December 30, <br />4. That the water clerk caused publication of such filing <br />as provided by statute; the time for filing statements of opposi- <br />tion expired on the last day of February, 1978. <br />5. That the United States of America filed a statement of <br />opposition on February 28, 1978. <br />6. That a stipulation has been reached between the United <br />States and the applicant herein and such stipulation is made part <br />of and incorporated into any order entered in this case. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: That applicant be, <br />and is hereby, awarded an absolute surface water right to wit: <br />
