In addition, the District will install a new water distribution main from <br />the well site to the existing system which will create a new water pressure zone in Silver Cliff <br />with a variable frequency booster pump station, and a generator back up and electrical supply, <br />add new water line looping and finally, purchase and install an additional water storage tank. <br />Due to the extensive costs to complete this project and limited funding ability of the District, <br />RMWSD will accomplish these goals in two phases. The Phase 1 will include the new well, <br />including electrical supply, treatment building and equipment, chlorine contact chamber, <br />distribution main, booster pump station, back up generator and some looping. Phase 2 will <br />include the purchase and installation of additional water storage tank, distribution main and <br />additional mains and looping. <br />Following is a description of the goals of this project and how and when they will be <br />accomplished: <br />1. Increase water system production capacity by 250 gpm. <br />a. Drill new production well at Gallery Site. <br />b. Test water production & water quality. <br />c. Insta113-phase power & production well pump. <br />2. Design treatment system and obtain CDPHE system approval. <br />3. Install new treatment capacity ready for connection to distribution system. <br />a. Treahnent building. <br />b. Chlorine gas treatment system. <br />c. Chlorine contact chamber. <br />
