Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of said
Section 20 (the South line of the Southwest quarter of said section bears
N 89° 33' 55" E, with all bearings relative thereof); thence N 21 ° 15' E, a
distance of 940 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 39
00' E, a distance of 100 feet; thence N 51 ° 00' W, a distance of 200 feet;
thence S 39° 00' W, a distance of 200 feet; thence S 51 ° 00' E, a distance of
200 feet; thence N 39° 00' E, a distance of 100 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; said parcel contains 0.92 acres, more or less.
D. Boat Chute No. 10, Concrete Weir (Ken Caryl Sewer Line), Station
80 +00 (hereinafter "Boat Chute No. 10). Boat Chute No. 10 is located
within a parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, and the SE 1/4
of the SE 1/4 of Section 31, Township 5 South, Range 68 West of the 6th
P.M., County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 31 (the south line of
the Southwest quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section 31 bears N 89° 45'33" E,
with all bearings contained herein relative to this); thence N 86° 25'47" E, a
distance of 3763.2 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S
54° 09' E, a distance of 350.0 feet; thence N 35° 51' E, a distance of 100.0
feet; thence N 54° 09'W, a distance of 350.0 feet; thence S 35° 51'W, a
distance of 100.0 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; said parcel
being 0.80 acres, more or less.

6. The source of water for the rights herein adjudicated (as to all structures) is
the South Platte River.
