3. The Referee has consulted with the Division Engineer regarding the
application, as required by law. The Division Engineer has submitted a Summary of
Consultation held on April 17, 1995. A copy of the Summary of Consultation was
properly served on all other parties to the case.
4. Objectors City of Englewood, City and County of Denver and Centennial
Water and Sanitation District and have stipulated to the entry of a ruling in this matter,
and the Court has entered orders approving said stipulations. In addition, stipulations
have been entered into with the Colorado Water Conservation Board and non - opposer
Ken -Caryl West Ranch Water District.
5. The names and legal descriptions of the structures to which this decree
pertains:
A. Boat Chute No. 4, Rock Weir (Urban Drainage Structure), Station
142 + 00 (hereinafter "Boat Chute No. 4 "). Boat Chute No. 4 is Iocated
within a parcel of land located in the NW' /4 of the NW' /4 of Section 32 and
the SWV4 of the SW' /4 of Section 29, Township 5 South, Range 68 West of
the Sixth P.M., County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 32 (the west line of
said Section 32 bears N 00° 18'46" E, with all bearings relative thereof);
thence N 82° 45'E, a distance of 580 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence N 86° 15'E, a distance of 300 feet; thence S 03° 45'
E, a distance of 100 feet; thence S 86 15'W, a distance of 300 feet; thence
N 03° 45'W, a distance of 100 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
said parcel contains 0.69 acres, more or less.
B - Boat Chute No. 9, Rock Weir (Lee Gulch), Station 221 + 00
(hereinafter "Boat Chute No. 9 "). Boat Chute No. 9 is located within a
parcel of land located in the SW' /4 of the SE' /4 of Section 20, Township 5
South, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M., County of Arapahoe, State of
Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
