APPLICANT'S DISCLOSURES PURSUANT TO C.R C P 26(a)(1) I
Applicant, Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District ( "Applicant" or
"District "), submits the following disclosures pursuant to C.R.C.P. 26(a)(1) and Rule 11(d)(2) of
the Uniform Local Rules For All State Water Court Divisions:
A. The following individuals are likely to have discoverable information relevant to
disputed facts alleged with particularity in the pleadings:
Kathleen Curry, Manager, Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District,
200 East Virginia Avenue, Gunnison, CO 81230, 970 - 641 -6065. Ms. Curry has
information concerning the District's role in water development generally, the
history of the Gunnison Whitewater Park and the District's role therein, the
District's support for recreational uses of water in the Gunnison River basin,
public meetings regarding the whitewater park water and water rights, expected
usage, anticipated benefits to the District's constituents, and the District's ability
to operate the whitewater park in a manner consistent with the District's overall
policies.
